NYS PAY TRANSPARENCY LAW
Effective September 18, 2023, employers must comply with a new pay transparency law in New York State, requiring employers to list salary ranges for all advertised jobs and promotions.
The law is similar to the pay transparency law of New York City where already being implemented.
