The COVID-19 Emergency Relief Package (the Relief Act) was enacted on Sunday December 27, 2020 and includes provisions to help both small businesses and individuals. We wanted to keep you up to date on some of the highlights as below.

PPP Loan Forgiveness Update (as of 10/16/2020)

PPP LOAN 상환면제 신청이 다가오고 있기에 몇 가지 안내 말씀을 드립니다.

1. 면제를 받으시려면 LOAN 금액의 고하를 막론하고 반드시 면제신청서와 첨부할 서류를 해당 금융사를 통해 보내셔야 합니다.
2. 해당 은행은 접수한 신청서와 첨부서류 검토후 SBA로  신청서를 제출합니다.    
3. 면제신청은 융자 받은날로부터 만 24주가 지난 후에 하는 것이 가장 유리합니다.
4. PPP LOAN 금액이 $50,000 이하인 경우는 면제신청서 및 요구되는 서류가  매우 간략해졌습니다...

ECONOMIC INJURY DISASTER LOANS(EIDL) (as of 8/24/2020)

Economic injury loan proceeds can only be used for working capital necessary to carry the concern until resumption of normal operations and for expenditures necessary to alleviate the specific economic injury. The examples of Working Capital may include salaries, inventory, rent, utilities, and short-term debt or long-term debt payments.
